Returns and Exchanges Policy

There are no refunds for custom-made orders. If you are not satisfied with any of our other products, please see our exchanges policy below.

Refunds

There are no refunds that will be given. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy Above.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are not satisfied with any of our other products, we will strive to replace your product with a comparable one as long as it is within 10 business days of you receiving your order. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, no exchanges will be made. If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a comparable product due to a defect or damage, send us an email at info@catalanofamilyllc.com or call us at 732-257-9653

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:

  • Custom orders and prints cannot be returned.
  • Orders that were received more than 5 days before contacting us
  • Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
  • Sale Items cannot be returned and are ‘as is’ only.
